python3-psutil software package provides module providing convenience functions for managing processes (Python3), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-psutil
python3-psutil is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-psutil package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-psutil *
You will get with python3-psutil package name, version, architecture and description in a table
